Shipping policy

We ship AURÉA from our US fulfillment center.

United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50
  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days ($14.95)

International

We ship to 28 countries including UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and more.

  • Standard international: 10–18 business days, $14.95–$24.95 depending on destination
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Order processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm ET ship same day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email marqueestudiosnj@gmail.com and we'll sort it.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and email us within 48 hours. If your package is marked delivered but missing, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us — we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and replace the order.
