Every AURÉA order comes with a 30-night home trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use the routine the way you actually live, and if it is not right for you, we will make it right.

How the trial works

• Try AURÉA for up to 30 nights from the day it arrives.
• Light therapy is gradual, so give it consistent use. Three to four sessions a week is the sweet spot.
• Changed your mind? Start a return any time within the 30-day window for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

1. Email marqueestudiosnj@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label. U.S. returns are free.
3. Pack the item securely, in its original box where possible, and drop it off.
4. Once it is on its way back to us, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier, and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph what you received and email us within 48 hours. In most cases we send a replacement straight away, with no return needed.

A few details

• Free returns apply to U.S. orders. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• For hygiene, opened consumables (cleanser, serum, lip butter) are assessed case by case. Reach out and we will sort it.
• Damage from misuse, or use contrary to the included instructions, is not covered.
